Mr. William Lubega is the dedicated founder and driving force behind the Real Shepherd Community Development Foundation and Real Shepherd Nursery & Primary School. As a born‑again Christian and passionate evangelist, he has devoted his life to sharing the message of hope and compassion through spiritual outreach and community ministry. Hard-working and ambitious, William has built this organization with tireless energy and unwavering faith.
Deeply committed to serving others—especially the younger generation—he pours his heart into programs and initiatives that support children’s well-being, education, and spiritual growth. He truly loves children, seeing them as gifts and investing in their futures with empathy and care.
